Roasted potatoes

Enjoy quick and easy baked jacket potatoes in just 2 Steps

Ingredients

1 cup jacket potatoes
1 cup potato pieces (each large potato cut into 4 halves)
1 tsp(levelled) Oregano
1/2 tsp Basil
Salt to taste (Preferably, rock salt powdered)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Cayenne powder
1/4th tsp powdered sugar


Mix all herbs and pepper.Add potatoes in a bowl, pour oil and sprinkle spice mixture on top.
Mix thoroughly.

Spread the pieces evenly on a baking tray. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Check to see if they are done. If not ready, bake for another 5 minutes.

Serve hot with sour cream.
